Siam Aura presents curated Thai sacred objects and cultural pieces based on available provenance, sourcing history, visual review, and information provided by the original source or supplier.
2. Honest Intent
Siam Aura has no intention to mislead buyers or present fake, misrepresented, or knowingly unsuitable items. Each piece is presented in good faith based on the information available at the time of listing.
3. Verification Notes
Each item is described as clearly as possible, including known details such as temple, year, edition, material, condition, original box, certificate, or other supporting information when available.
4. Third-Party Certification
Unless clearly stated on the individual product listing, items do not include third-party certification or independent appraisal documents. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, and verification notes before purchase.
5. Buyer Responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the listing information, photos, and policy terms. Questions should be asked before purchase whenever clarification is needed.
6. Marketplace Position
Siam Aura does not operate as an amulet appraisal forum, auction platform, or bargaining marketplace. Prices are set based on sourcing, condition, presentation, cultural context, and curation.
7. Disputes & Concerns
Any dispute or concern after purchase will be reviewed case by case, based on the product listing, photos, written description, communication, and condition documented at the time of sale. Siam Aura reserves the right to decline requests that appear to be made in bad faith or without reasonable basis.
